2021 NCGA Four Ball Net Championship Update

At the NCGA Four Ball Net Championship held at Poppy Hills this year on June 14th and 15th, the team of Mike Gui and Thomas Yee held their own in a very big and strong field of players. With 48 teams competing at this year's championship, the duo finished in a respectable 21st place (-7) that saw them tied with six other teams. Some of the highlights from the two day tournament were: a gross birdie on the Par 3 2nd hole (Day 2) and three more net birdies (Holes 6, 14, and 15) on Day 2 as well. Mike also had a net birdie on Hole 13 on Day 1. For Thomas, he had three net birdies on Day 1 at Holes 4, 5, and 16 as well as two more net birdies on Holes 5 and 16 on Day 2. Congratulations to both Mike and Thomas for representing the Dragons very well at the championship this year!

Also, the next event that the Dragons will be competing in will be the NCGA Associate Club Championship Qualifier. Our four participants for this team event are Jeffrey Shih, Mike Gui, Angie Wong and Fan Li. They will be trying to make the championship by competing in the qualifying tournament at Poppy Ridge on August 5th. Good luck to everyone and hit 'em straight!
